First working session
Ninety minutes on the one thing holding you back.
Online, with up to four of your leadership team. We work on your real numbers, agree what happens in the next 90 days, and you keep a one-page memo. If you go on to a Diagnostic, the fee comes off it.
just you
up to four of you
A working session, not a sales call. You keep the one-page memo whether or not we ever work together again.
Book a Scale Sprint →What actually happens
The ninety minutes
You paid for this, so it is a working session, not an interview. The Scorecard already asked you the questions — repeating them back at you would waste the half of the time that matters.
- 0–15min
Is this actually the constraint?
Your Scorecard named one. Your team, answering separately beforehand, may have named others. We start with that disagreement, because it is the most useful thing in the room. Quite often the session earns its fee in this first quarter of an hour.
- 15–65min
We take it apart
Your actual numbers, on screen. Where the constraint really bites, what it is costing in revenue or in your time, and which of the obvious fixes will not work in your specific business. This is the working half — you should expect to be challenged, and to challenge back.
- 65–80min
The first sequence
What happens in the next 90 days, with dates and a name against each item. Not a wish list. If nobody in the room can own something, it comes off the list while we are still on the call.
- 80–90min
Where this goes next
What would have to be true to take it further — whether the sequence you have just built runs on its own, or whether the constraint reaches deeper than 90 minutes can. When it does, that is exactly what the Scale Diagnostic is for, and you will leave knowing precisely why it is the right next step rather than being sold it.
Who should be in the room
Bring the people who disagree with each other.
The €590 session is usually the better one, and not because it is longer — it is the same 90 minutes. It is better because four people describing the same problem out loud, in front of somebody with no stake in who is right, is where the real constraint surfaces. The founder and the sales director routinely discover they have been solving different problems for a year.
- CEO / Managing Director
- Owns the decision, and usually owns the constraint without knowing it.
- Sales Director
- Sees the pipeline reality that rarely survives the trip upstairs.
- Marketing Director
- Knows which channels are actually paying back and which are habit.
- Chief Revenue / Growth Officer
- If the role exists, this is the person holding the contradiction between the other three.
Every session is recorded — and here is why
Not for the transcript. For what a transcript loses: who defers to whom, where the energy drops, the pause before an answer, the one word somebody uses that nobody else in the room would. Focus groups have been read this way for fifty years, and a leadership team talking about its own growth problem is no different.
Reviewing it afterwards is where a good part of your memo comes from. And if we go on to a Diagnostic, it tells me how your team actually works rather than how the org chart says it does — which is usually the difference between a plan that gets implemented and one that does not.
You are told when you book and again at the start, the recording is yours on request, and you can ask me to delete it at any time. The detail is in the Sprint terms.
Before we meet
Everyone attending answers three short questions separately, without seeing each other's answers: what you think the real constraint is, the opportunity you think is being missed, and the potential nobody has attacked yet.
You will also get a short list of what to bring, specific to your constraint — margin by account, or a decision log, or your last ten closed deals. It takes under an hour between you, and it roughly doubles what we get out of the session.
Everything you share is confidential under the Sprint terms you accept when booking. If your internal policy needs a signed mutual NDA as well, tick the box on the form and I will send one before we meet.
What you leave with
Four things, all yours.
- A named constraint your leadership team agrees on — often for the first time.
- A 90-day sequence with dates and owners, agreed live rather than sent later.
- A one-page constraint memo, within 48 hours, that you keep whatever happens next.
- A straight answer on whether you need outside help, including when you do not.
Just as important
What it is not.
- Not a sales call with a fee attached. If I am pitching you at minute 70, ask for your money back.
- Not a deck. You get one page, because one page is what gets read and circulated.
- Not a full audit. Ninety minutes buys depth on one constraint, not breadth across the business — that is the Diagnostic, and it costs accordingly.
What it costs, and what happens to the fee
Just you
90 minutes one to one. Right when the constraint sits with you and you want to think it through with somebody who has done it.
Up to four of you
The same session with your leadership team, and we run to 110 minutes when the discussion needs it. €200 more for a session usually worth several times that, because the disagreement is the diagnosis.
If you go on to a Scale Diagnostic, the Sprint fee — €390 or €590 — is deducted from it. So the Sprint is effectively free the moment we work together, and it is the cheapest possible way to find out whether we should.
Always online, so we do not generate cost where none is needed — no travel, nothing to schedule around, and as straightforward from Bilbao or Lisbon as from Madrid. In Spanish or in English. All prices exclude VAT.
