ScaleCraft Advisors is a Madrid-based growth advisory building agentic AI solutions for SME and medtech clients. We run lean, project-based engagements and are building a small trusted network of specialist freelancers to call on as work comes in — not a full-time role, but a standing relationship for the right person.
Project-based collaboration, not an employment contract. We keep the network small deliberately — we would rather have one person we trust per discipline than a long list.

How we work with freelancers
- • Engagements are scoped and paid per project or sprint — agreed before work starts.
- • You work directly with the founder. No account managers in between.
- • We tell you when there is no work rather than going quiet.
- • Fees are discussed openly once we see a fit, and matched to the scope.
