Data & AI Compliance Specialist
Make sure agentic AI deployments hold up under GDPR and the EU AI Act — especially for health-adjacent clients, where this isn't optional.
Freelance, project-based · billed hourly, engaged per client review
Objectives
- ·Review agent data flows for GDPR compliance: data minimisation, residency, retention
- ·Assess EU AI Act transparency obligations for the client's specific deployment
- ·Produce compliance documentation the client can show a regulator or auditor if asked
Key deliverables
- ·A data-flow and compliance review per engagement
- ·A transparency/disclosure checklist mapped to the specific deployment
- ·A plain-language compliance summary for non-technical client stakeholders
Experience needed
- ·Working knowledge of GDPR and, ideally, direct EU AI Act experience
- ·Comfortable reviewing technical architecture, not just policy documents
- ·Prior work with health, medtech, or other regulated-sector clients is a strong plus
What to send
- ·Send your CV.
- ·Include 2–3 relevant past projects — the specific role you played, the tools you used, and the outcome. Not just a job title.
- ·Give us one reference contact from a relevant project: name, relationship, and email or phone.
- ·If you can cover more than one role, please state this clearly in your cover letter.
Fees are project-based and discussed openly once we see a fit — tell us your usual rate in the message if you would rather lead with it.
