Scale Sprint — terms

What you are buying

A Scale Sprint is a single online working session on one growth constraint, plus a one-page constraint memo afterwards. It is advisory work, not an audit, a certification, or a regulatory opinion.

• Solo session — 90 minutes, one participant. €390, excluding VAT.
• Team session — up to four participants from the same company. Normally 90 minutes, extended to as much as 110 minutes where the discussion warrants it, at our discretion and at no extra charge. €590, excluding VAT.

All prices exclude VAT, which is charged where applicable. Sessions are held online.

The memo

You receive a one-page constraint memo within 48 hours of the session, by email. It is yours to keep, circulate inside your company, and act on, whether or not you engage us further.

Recording

Every session is recorded. You are told when you book, and again at the start of the session. If any participant objects at the start, we do not record.

The recording is used for two purposes: to write your memo accurately, and to understand how your team works together — where agreement is real and where it is assumed. Where we go on to a wider engagement, that understanding informs how the work is designed.

• The recording is not published, not shared with anyone outside ScaleCraft, and not used for marketing.
• You may request a copy at any time, and we will send it.
• You may ask us to delete it at any time, and we will, and confirm when it is done.
• Otherwise it is deleted 12 months after the session, or when our engagement ends, whichever is sooner.

Confidentiality

Everything you tell us and everything you share — documents, figures, the recording, and the memo — is treated as confidential. We do not disclose it to third parties, do not name you as a client without written permission, and do not use your figures in any public material, anonymised or otherwise, without asking first.

This commitment is mutual: material we share with you in the session is likewise confidential to you.

Accepting these terms at booking gives you that protection. If your internal policy requires a separately signed mutual NDA, tick the box on the booking form and we will send one before the session.

Preparation

Each participant is sent three short questions to answer independently before the session, and the booker receives a short list of material to bring. Preparation is not compulsory, but the session is materially less useful without it, and we do not offer refunds on that basis.

Where you give us a colleague's name and work email so they can be sent preparation questions, you confirm you are entitled to share those details and will tell them we hold them.

Payment

The fee is invoiced when the session is booked and payable before it takes place. We reserve the right not to hold a session that remains unpaid.

Credit against a Diagnostic

If you commission a Scale Diagnostic within 90 days of your Sprint, the Sprint fee is deducted in full from the Diagnostic fee. The credit applies once, is not transferable to another company, and is not redeemable for cash.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• Reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session, as often as you need.
• Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, the fee is retained — the time was reserved and the preparation already done.
• If we cancel or reschedule, you may take a new slot or have a full refund, whichever you prefer.

What we do not promise

We give you our honest professional judgement based on what you tell us and show us in the session. We do not guarantee any commercial outcome, revenue result, or that a particular action will succeed. Decisions about your business remain yours, and you remain responsible for them.

Nothing in a Sprint constitutes legal, tax, regulatory, medical or investment advice.

Liability

Our total liability arising from a Sprint is limited to the fee you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute falls to the courts of Madrid.
